Parent Teacher Association

All parents or guardians of students enrolled in the college during the current academic year shall be eligible for membership in the PTA. The General Body shall consist of all members of the PTA. The General Body meets annually to approve reports, accounts, budget, elect office bearers, etc.

• The EC shall manage the affairs of the PTA, prepare annual budget, meet periodically, and submit audited accounts to the General Body, implement decisions taken by General Body.
• Usually one year, and office bearers continue until new committee assumes charge.
• The General Body meeting should be held at least once in an academic year.
• The Executive Committee should meet at least once every two months.
• The minutes of all meetings shall be recorded and approved in the subsequent meeting.
• Keep records such as membership list, meeting agendas & minutes, and audited statements for smooth functioning of the association.

The Executive Committee shall be elected as per the Constitution.

PTA Executive Committee
