College Union

The College Union is a council of democratically elected student representatives, established in the College of Applied Science in 2011. It is empowered to promote and facilitate a wide range of student activities on campus.The Union plays a vital role in encouraging students to actively participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. It serves as a platform for students to express their talents, develop leadership qualities, and engage in meaningful academic and cultural experiences.Through its initiatives, the College Union provides opportunities for students to grow holistically and mould themselves into responsible and socially committed citizens. It also fosters unity, cooperation, and a vibrant campus environment that supports both personal and collective development.

OBJECTIVES OF COLLEGE UNION

• To provide opportunities for the comprehensive and integral development of students and to develop a democratic, secular, scientific and socialist outlook and the spirit of service among students
• To organize activities of clubs and forums as it would enhance knowledge, character and efficiency of students;
• To organize arts, sports and games competition to promote and develop the artistictalents, sportsmanship of students encourage other activities keeping with the aims of the Union.
