ANTI-HARASSMENT CELL

Motive

To actively challenge and reduce harassment in all forms within the campus by creating awareness, encouraging accountability, and promoting a culture where disrespect is not ignored or normalized.

This club exists because pretending “everything is fine” is exactly how problems grow.

Vision

To build a campus environment where:
• Every student feels safe, respected, and heard
• Harassment is recognized early, not after damage is done
• Speaking up is normal, not risky
• Silence and bystander ignorance are replaced with responsibility

The goal is not just awareness, but a visible shift in behavior and mindset.

Mission

  • To educate students on identifying harassment in real-life situations
    • To promote zero tolerance towards any form of misconduct
    • To support victims and encourage reporting without fear
    • To create peer accountability instead of passive observation
    • To work with college authorities to ensure effective action
