The goal of the College is to maintain academic integrity with high moral and ethical values. With the state of the art infrastructure and dedicated faculties, the College gives priority to holistic development of students as well as grooming them for social and ecological sensitivity. As most of the students are from the rural back ground the College takes special efforts for imparting qualitative education irrespective of gender. The Women Cell was formed as a mandated body as per the guidelines of University Grants Commission issued under Section 3.2 (15) of UGC Guidelines (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of women employees and students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2015. The motto of the cell is to educate, to enlighten and to empower with the well being of the girl students.
Woman Cell is a platform of progress and open thinking for women. It is the strength of female students and addresses different perspectives on gender issues. The Women Cell ensures a dignified and congenial environment for the women employees including teaching, non teaching, contractual workers and students where they can work, study and explore their full potential.
